By making a purchase through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. Our return process is designed to be straightforward, ensuring clarity and convenience for you.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To process a return, the product must fulfill the criteria outlined below:  

  • Items must be free from wear, washing, or damage and kept in original condition.    
     
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.    
     
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.    
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support team within this timeframe to initiate a return.    
     
  • Items that do not adhere to these requirements will not be accepted for return  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Send an email with your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to qineoustechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue. Completing this will allow us to process your request without delay.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product.  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. The progress of your refund will be shared with you. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your payment account within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete.  

Partial Refunds  

In situations where an item partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
